Forty Love Point Home Owners Association located on Lake Murray, in Chapin, South Carolina
If you would like to reserve the pavilion, please check the calendar for availability first. If it is available, then you may contact the FLP HOA Secretary to make your reservation request.

The shelter is free for residents only to reserve, and the resident must be present at all times. Residents must be in good standing to use the common areas (dues must be current). If you use the shelter, you will need to pick up after yourselves and bring trash bags to take your trash home with you after your party. If you use the firepit, please be sure the fire is safely put out and monitored at all times. Please help us keep our boat launch area beautiful!

**Pavilion may not be reserved on any major holidays or when the HOA Board has scheduled events**

You must clean up and take your trash home with you. This includes cleaning the bathrooms and shelter. Be sure the bathroom lights are off and the doors are locked behind you.
